I needed to have my teeth cleaned and chose Innovative Dental Office. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was impressed by how easy the process was. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. My cleaning was gentle and comfortable, which helped me feel relaxed throughout the visit. Dr. Alexander Viderman was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain my treatment plan and recommended procedures clearly. The entire experience was simple, stress-free, and professional. I’m a long time patient here and everyone here is truly a professional.Linda by the front desk is always great doing what she always does best. The Doctors and the assistants truly takes care of your needs and they’ll go out of their way to sets you right.Highly recommend Innovative Dental.

I’ve been going to iDental in San Francisco since it first opened years ago, so this review is definitely overdue. I’ve always had a great experience. Eric does the best dental cleanings — I have sensitive teeth, and he takes his time while still being very thorough and gentle. It really makes a big difference. I have to point this out because if you’re someone who’s nervous about going to the dentist (like I used to be), that comfort really starts with a gentle but thorough cleaning and x-rays. It completely changes the experience. The office is always super clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. You’ll also notice that a lot of the team has been there for a long time, which says a lot about how the owners treat both their staff and patients. Happy staff really does translate into a better experience (IMO). I actually used to live in San Francisco and now live about an hour away, but I still make the drive to see Dr. Vilderman because the quality of care is worth it. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional dentist in San Francisco, I highly recommend Innovative Dental. The quality of care is the best.

Being a dentist myself is very hard to find a good dentist ! But Dr. Alex Vilderman is one of the best dentists I know! He’s very gentle, knowledgeable and his hand skills are impressive! His staff is the most kind, professional and knowledgeable. Lynda helped me with treatment planning and finance and it was very easy to navigate. Thank you very much everyone at innovative dental!
